Alcohol can also cause your blood vessels to begin to dilate and cause redness on the skin.
Along with fruitcake and alcohol fried foods aren’t necessarily great to eat. Regular intake of fried foods can lead to the circulation of your blood to decrease. Clogged pores can occur when there is poor circulation. Flaky skin can also result from over indulging in fried foods.
Bread is not recommended as one of the greatest foods to indulge in. Bread contains a lot of sodium. Over indulging in bread can cause puffy bags under the eyes. An alternative to decrease puffy eyes from occurring is consuming sweet potatoes, tomatoes, and salmon. These types of foods will help to keep the skin moisturized and maintain its elasticity.
