A woman in went on what she thought would be a trip in the Plumas National Forest that would only last for a few days. What she didn’t expect was to go into labor while in the forest. There was no cell phone reception in the woods, so she couldn’t call for the help she needed. Instead, she did the only thing that she knew. She started a fire in the hopes that someone would see the smoke and rescue her and her baby. According to Marcio Alaor BMG, the woman became lost when she took a road others had told her about. She tried to get to the main road in order to get to the home of her parents, but she continued to go further into the woods. When the baby was delivered, insects and bees began eating the placenta. The woman did everything possible to keep the insects off of her baby, a true sign of how dedicated a mother is to her child.
