George Soros Putin: Is Russia Against Isis or Not?

During a recent commentary in the Project Syndicate, George Soros states that he believes Vladimir Putin is not a consort or foe against the terrorist group, Isis. George Soros states he believes that Putin is only trying to ruin the European Union and is partially amenable to the dissolution of EU. Putin has Russian planes that are flying over and bombing Southern Syria. These bombs and debris are hitting guiltless civilians causing much trauma and pandemonium. Children are some of the ones that are being hit and injured. Refugee families are trying to escape and go towards areas such as Jordan and Lebanon. Refugees are being held out of the areas and now there are over 20,000 people sitting and waiting in camps.
Multi-billionaire finance professional George Soros is speaking on the issues at hand. During the commentary in Project Syndicate, Soros mentions that Putin may not be an ally but may be doing things to help Isis secondary. The evidence points to Russian planes launching attacks against innocent civilians in Syria. Between barrel bombs and ground attacks, many individuals are running for their lives and planting themselves outside of borders such as Turkey, Lebanon, and Jordan.

Being a refugee would be a difficult thing to undergo. People force you from your home and you are on the run for your life. People that are guilty of breaking the law are on the run as well. Refugees are innocent but are treated the same as people that are prisoners. Food is limited and refugees are not getting what they are needing to survive. Charities are trying to help. Charities are bringing food but are is it going to be enough. According to the Project Syndicate article, http://www.project-syndicate.org/commentary/putin-no-ally-against-isis-by-george-soros-2016-02, George Soros thinks Putin is working hard to ruin Syria and is cooperating with Isis.

I believe Putin is working hard to destroy the European Union by causing too many people to cross over into already full borders. The economy is having a difficult time already. More people cause an even more strained economy. Russian airstrikes and ground attacks are causing more injury and conflict for the refugees or civilians of the area. If Putin were fighting against Isis as he claims, there would be less turmoil for the refugees. Putin may be heading for economical destruction in 2017. The budget states they may be suffering and budget debt may soon erupt for Russia.
