One of the best ways to improve your life is to start waking up earlier. Studies have proven that those who wake up at an early time are more likely to be successful in everything they attempt in their lives. If you hate the morning and you think you’re not a morning person, you may have pigeonholed yourself. Some people think they’re not morning people because they don’t like getting up early after they’ve only slept for four or five hours. Well, this makes perfect sense. Who would want to wake up when they’ve only gotten four or five hours of sleep? This isn’t enough sleep for a human being.

Put your pajamas on and dim the lights. This will prepare you for bed.
