Review Of The Quincy In New Brunswick NJ

The Quincy is a luxury apartment complex in Brunswick, New Jersey. Here is a short review about the complex, and then you can decide if you want to live there or learn more about their units.

Residences

The residences are well-designed and they have great features such as quartz counter-tops and stainless steel appliances. They also feature modern bathrooms, living areas that offer plenty of space and bay windows. Those who decide to live there will have access to a washer and dryer because those appliances are found in each home.

Amenities

The building is equipped with great amenities, which is another reason to consider living there. Some of our favorite amenities include concierge service and there is 24 hour on-call emergency maintenance. Other amenities that are worth mentioning include a dog park, pet spa and a bike storage room with share bikes. There’s a media and entertainment room onsite and there is a java cyber lounge located on one of the floors. If you’re into fitness, then you’ll be pleased to know there is a fitness center located there, too. The bottom line is The Quincy has excellent amenities.

Floor Plans

There are one bedroom units available and two bedroom units. They range in size from 750 square-feet to 1,236 square-feet. There’s also studio units available to rent.

Other Information

The Quincy is a great place to live, but the area has been featured in the news a few times. One incident includes a robbery that was nearby. It took place in 2012, and a delivery man entered a building in the area and then three make suspects approached the man as he walked to his vehicle after he was told nobody ordered a pizza. The ringleader in the robbery was arrested and charged. In 2015, a shooting occurred at New Brunswick Apartments. One person was injured and taken to the hospital.
