Rick Shinto, InnovaCare’s CEO, has over 20 years of experience in managed healthcare. He was CEO of Aveta, Inc., Chief Medical Officer of NAMM California, and the Chief Operating Officer for Medical Pathways Management Company. He received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, his medical degree from the State University of New York, and his M.B.A. from the University of Redlands.

Penelope Kokkinides, the Chief Administrative Officer, also has more than 20 years of health care experience. Prior to InnovaCare Health, she was the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Clinical Operations at Aveta, Inc. She also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Centerlight HealhCare. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Binghamton University and her Master’s degree from New York University. She also received her Master’s program advanced degree from Columbia University.
