Sam Tabar is both a licensed attorney and capital strategist. He has worked on the highest level of each profession. Whatever he chooses to invest his time and effort in at the moment he tends to excel in. Last winter he was named the new Chief Operating Officer (COO) of FullCycle Energy Fund.
He has overseen the financial strategies of multiple high profile financial institutions for much of his career, and was excited to take on the position of COO. His knowledge of legality and business make for a great combination. Tabar has also shown his proficiency in global market management and an ability to consistently develop working budget strategies for financial institutions.
Prior to his career in finance, Tabar worked as an attorney for prominent law firms such as Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom. He holds a masters in law from the Columbia School of Law. While he was a student at the Columbia School of Law he worked as the editor for the Columbia Business Law Journal. He is also a member of the New York State bar. Tabar also graduated with honors from Oxford University with a Bachelor of Arts.
Sam Tabar has also held important positions within Sparx Group (PMA Investment Advisors) as he helped the company’s asset raising team create methods that would be the most profitable and lucrative. He played a major role in Sparx Group decisions on market strategies for its Asia Pacific Region.
Tabar has lent his skills and business acumen to various nations besides his own. So much so that he took it upon himself to learn French and Japanese.
Sam Tabar has always been interested in giving back to the community and helping people in any way he can. His decision to take on the role of COO at FullCycle was largely based on the company’s goals and morals when it comes to the environment. He is dedicated to helping FullCycle achieve its mission of providing environmentally friendly fuels that will replace high cost fuels that are also harmful to the environment.
